The City of Charleston Parks and Recreation Department announces the return of the Charleston Winter Series which offers both running and walking options for participants.
The City of Charleston Public Works Department today announced City refuse collection will only be modified the week of Thanksgiving – collection will be unaffected the week of Christmas and New Year’s Day.
