OVER 45 TONS OF REFUSE COLLECTED DURING CLEAN UP EVENT, April 8th

(Charleston, W.Va.) - Mayor Amy Shuler Goodwin announced today that over 45 tons of refuse (40 tons of storm debris) was collected at the Spring 2024 Team Up to Clean Up event on Saturday, April 6, 2024. Approximately 60 volunteers representing local businesses, organizations and the city came together to clean and beautify the Kanawha City and South Hills areas.

The City of Charleston’s next two Team Up to Clean Up events are scheduled for:
