CITY TO HOST HERE TO SERVE COMMUNITY MEETINGS
(Charleston, W. Va.)Mayor Amy Shuler Goodwin today announced the City of Charleston will host five Here to Serve community meetings to provide citizens an opportunity to meet members of the City Team – including representatives from City Departments and City Council Members, ask questions, share ideas, and troubleshoot challenges.
“I am thrilled to bring back the Here to Serve community meetings – an initiative we first started in 2019 to make City government more accessible,” said Mayor Amy Shuler Goodwin. “These meetings provide an opportunity for folks to connect one-on-one with our City Team in their communities – allowing us to better understand the challenges folks may be experiencing, hear ideas firsthand, and talk through proactive solutions.”
