    • Parkers will need to access the garage via Washington St & Laidley St at direction of CPD
  • Summers St Garage – 166 Summers St  
    • Beginning at 5PM, the Summers St entrance/exit will close. Access will remain available via temporary two-way traffic on Capitol St
