Saturday, February 23:
“Black History in the Military,” presented by Dr. Charles T. Ledbetter, current Archives and History Commissioner, former West Virginia State University professor and former vice chair of the West Virginia Archives and History Commission.
A reception with heavy hors d’oeuvres will immediately follow. You must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol at this event – valid ID required.
