City of Charleston Trick-or-Treat changed to Saturday, November 2
Due to forecasted inclement weather and in consultation with the Kanawha County Commission, trick-or-treat in the City of Charleston will take place on Saturday, November 2 from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Parents are asked to accompany their children if possible, to ensure safety. Motorists are reminded to drive with extra care during these hours.
