City of Charleston Trick-or-Treat changed to Saturday, November 2

Due to forecasted inclement weather and in consultation with the Kanawha County Commission, trick-or-treat in the City of Charleston will take place on Saturday, November 2 from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Parents are asked to accompany their children if possible, to ensure safety. Motorists are reminded to drive with extra care during these hours.

5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Great Pumpkin Celebration, Free Halloween Event, free photo with the Peanuts Gang, free crafts, trick-or-treating, costume parade and more at Cabela’s, 200 Cross Terrace Blvd.

6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. 14th Annual Trick-or-Beat at Appalachian Power Park, 601 Morris St.

6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Sissonville Community Halloween Party at Sissonville Branch Library, 1 Tinney Ln. Games, refreshments, costume prize drawing, crafts, etc.
